H Series (Hybrid)

Our H series of products have been engineered for applications requiring high resiliency within a broad temperature range. Available in 60” wide continuous rolls, we manufacture in bun form up to 4” thick.  With our state of the art skiving capability, we can supply lower density foams in thicknesses well below those made by the cast to gauge method.  The average density of .125” cast to gauge product is 15PCF….we can supply it in 4PCF.  This capability will allow our customers to engineer in a comparable performing product at a significantly reduced cost.  

Offered in densities from 4 PCF up to 30 PCF per ASTM D3574, and a compression deflection range from 1PSI to 70PSI per ASTM D1056, the diversity of this product line is unmatched.

S Series (Ester)

Our S series of foams have been designed with exceptional stretch and memory.  Breathability and moisture wicking properties make this product line a perfect choice for medical and sport supports and wraps.  It is an excellent alternative to closed cell neoprene which will hold in moisture and heat.  Available in densities from 5 PCF to 12PCF per ASTM D3574 and compression deflection from 1PSI to 5PSI per ASTM D1056, this series is also thermal formable. 

Supplied in our standard 60” width with superior internal strength and elasticity the S series has a soft “hand” and comfortable fit.  All products within this series can be machine washed and will continue to perform as needed without deformation or breakdown.

T Series (Ether)

Our T series of products are designed to offer excellent compression set resistance at ambient temperatures and can be easily thermal formed at elevated temperatures.  Lightweight, breathable and moisture wicking make this product line a perfect candidate for molded insoles and component parts. 

Designed to meet the diverse requirements of industrial applications, our T series product line is available at our standard 60” width in densities from 5 PCF to 25PCF per ASTM D3574 and compression deflection from 1PSI to 40PSI per ASTM D1056.

Economically priced, this line crosses many market lines and applications.
