Director of Research & Development Joins Rubberlite

Following an extensive, nationwide search, the executive management of Rubberlite, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Mr. Michael Dimitroff to the Rubberlite, Inc. management team. Mr. Dimitroff will operate as the Director of Research and Development.

We are excited to bring someone of Mike's caliber and experience to the Rubberlite team," said Allen Mayo, President and CEO of Rubberlite, Inc.
Dimitroff comes to Rubberlite with a strong history in chemical engineering and technical service. The most recent positions were with Momentive Chemical and BASF. Mike brings a vast knowledge of micro-cellular polyurethane foam chemistry to Rubberlite.
"We've been aware of Mike for some time. He has a solid reputation in this industry as an effective leader and brilliant engineer. We're thrilled to have him on our team and look forward to exciting contributions," said Todd Mullens, Vice President and General Manager of the Company.
Dimitroff received his bachelors and masters degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Toledo. For over 25 years, he has been involved in the invention, prototyping and development of numerous products and processes utilized in the automotive, apparel, building material, and other industries.
