Armacell manufactures Ensolite®, a continuous PVC/Nitrile, Crushed Foam, and continuous neoprene. They also manufacture press cured bun stocks in neoprene, EPDM, and other blended materials.



CCT produces a broad portfolio of adhesive tape products, using both acrylic and synthetic rubber adhesives and a wide range of foams, films, and other substrates.



Fostek is a manufacturer and supplier of Xcellite rubber and plastic products. Xcellite is supplied in continuous rolls.



Monmouth Rubber and Plastics Company manufactures a variety of closed cell bun products in Neoprene, EPDM, PVC-Nitrile, ECH, and SBR.



Opflex manufacturers MicroCel®, cross linked polyethylene bun stock, and EvaCell™, an EVA bun stock material.

Engineered Foam Solutions

Rubberlite has been an innovator in the engineered foam market since 1997.  The product offering has grown to include a portfolio of products manufactured for a wide array of markets and applications.  HyPUR-cel® consists of three distinct families of microcellular polyurethane flexible foam.  The HyPUR-cel® process involves highly effective nucleation technology that is free of external blowing agents and solvents.  The resulting products are open-cell, breathable polyurethane foams with a multitude of applications. The products are available with anti-microbial additives for footwear and medical applications, flame retardants for automotive and industrial requirements, and a broad range of firmness selections for controlled shock absorption and cushioning.

Offered in the largest variety of densities and thicknesses, HyPUR-cel® is custom skived to thickness through Rubberlite’s state of the art converting equipment.  Higher densities are not required with diminishing thickness which results in substantial savings when compared to other polyurethane foam technologies.

The Rubberlite R&D team continues to expand our HyPUR-cel® line of open-celled polyurethane foams, this includes our new I-Series line.

Offered in the broadest range of density and thickness, HyPUR-cel® is a unique family of medium to high density engineered foams comprised of three distinct product lines to meet your application needs.

Whether you need products from our I-series of highly resilient, very low compression set products, our S-series foams which offer exceptional elongation and thermal formability, or our T-series of thermo-formable foams, Rubberlite has designed each to offer cost effective solutions to your foam performance requirements.

Each product line is manufactured to meet specific market needs. Our open-celled, breathable polyurethanes are available with anti-microbial additives for footwear and medical applications, flame retardants for automotive and industrial requirements and a variety of firmness options for controlled shock absorption and cushioning.

All products are offered in 60” wide roll skived to meet Rubberlite’s exceptionally tight thickness tolerances. Fabrics, adhesives, films or foam composites are available from our lamination department enhancing product design and performance.

Another high performance foam from Rubberlite is Visco-cel® featuring slow recovery visco elastic memory performance. From mattress pads, wheelchair seating and much more, Visco-cel® offers superior cushioning and optimum pressure distribution. Choose from a range of hardness to fit your application.

Visco-cel®’s physical properties meet the necessary requirements to supplyshock absorption in athletic footwear and ergonomic applications including occupational seating and protective padding. Excellent compression set resistance, slow recovery and uniform cell structure make Visco-cel® an outstanding material for cushioning, ergonomic and shock control applications.

Supplied in continuous rolls up to 60” wide, Visco-cel® can be supplied laminated with fabrics or adhesive packages ready for fabrication. Our goal is to supply ready to use products to youwhichreduceprocessing time and offer valuable cost savings.

Adding PUR-Mount® to your corrugated plate mounting package provides the following benefits:

  • You have a choice of open cell polyurethane foam with:
    • PSA and release liner to make your own structure
    • 10 mil PET substrate
    • 30 mil PVC substrate
  • The cushion mitigates imperfections in the substrate – the corrugated board
  • Less heavy impression settings are needed to print “the valleys” in the corrugated flutes
  • The cushion provides even support for line work, fine dots and solids
  • Less dot gain, less pinholing of solids and improved SID
  • Graphics are produced clear and detailed even on rough surfaces
  • Printed lines, bars and dots have little distortion allowing for excellent readability of codes
