Industry Leader for Fabric to Foam Laminations
Rubberlite’s processes include fabric to foam lamination using a non-solvent based, reactive hotmelt adhesive system.
This system creates a permanent fabric-to-foam bond that also allows for unlimited omni-directional stretch with a full and complete return to its original shape. By implementing a proprietary system not using a solvent-based adhesive, we avoid the harmful effects of residual solvent off gassing.
We provide a proven process with excellent quality control for laminating both stretch and non-stretch fabric to foam. Our wide range of elastomeric materials include:
- Polyurethane
- Vinyl-nitrile
- Cross-linked polyethylene
- Neoprene blends
- EVA
- Pure neoprene
Our most common substrates are pure neoprene and polyurethane foam. Typical applications include sporting goods, sports medicine, orthopedic soft-goods and after market insoles. Our adhesive is latex free and TOSCA listed.
