Formulations

Visco-cel®’s fluid like features are offered in four firmnesses for varying pressure management.  Unlike narrow bun stock product, Visco-cel® is available in 60” wide continuous rolls, allowing ease in processing and increased yield when combined with fabrics. All firmnesses are manufactured at a 5 pcf density.   

The unique properties of Visco-cel® allow even pressure distribution, which in turn creates a comfortable and conformable cushion for seating or bed toppers.  In addition, the open cell construction allows air to flow freely reducing heat and moisture build up. 

Exhibiting high shock absorption characteristics, Visco-cel® is also ideal in applications as protective padding or ergonomic cushioning.

V0517 – The softest grade of our series is available in a light camel color with an average Indentation Force Deflection of 17 psi at 25% compression per ASTM D3574. 

V0525 – This medium-soft grade is available in a light grey color with an average Indentation Force Deflection of 25 psi at 25% compression per ASTM D3574.

V0533 – Our medium-firm version is available in a light blue color with an average Indentation Force Deflection of 33 psi at 25% compression per ASTM D3574.

V0542 – The firmest in our series is available in a light green color with an average Indentation Force Deflection of 42 psi at 25% compression per ASTM D3574.
